Infrastructure
Investing in the community
We understand that new homes need to be supported by suitable, robust infrastructure that support residents and the surrounding neighbours.
As part of these proposals, we are committed to investing in a variety of infrastructure, including water and drainage and which will be formed by extensive technical assessments.
Tredinnick Garden Village will also provide:
- A new primary school
 - Funding towards a new wastewater pipeline

Transport
Connecting communities
We understand that traffic and transport is a concern to local people. We will be completing a full transport assessment, and we will work closely with Cornwall Council, specifically the highways department to ensure that the proposals are suitable for the local road network.
There is existing vehicular access to the site from the B3274 and is adjacent to the 900 bus route. There are opportunities to adapt and enhance the existing bus infrastructure to provide sustainable transport links to nearby towns.
Tredinnick Garden Village will also:
- Prioritise active travel with safe walking and cycling routes, traffic-calmed streets, and cycle facilities.
 - Provide a village-centre transport hub that will link to nearby towns.
 - Offer shared mobility options, including EV car clubs and community transport.
 - Contribute towards upgrades to the local road network.
