Introduction
A new sustainable community for Cornwall
We recognise Cornwall’s growing housing crisis, with second homes and holiday homes becoming an increasing barrier for local people and future generations to remain in the area.
Our vision for Tredinnick Garden Village will help address this housing shortfall and support local needs by delivering a new, high-quality, sustainable garden village for Cornwall.
As well as providing between 1,200 and 1,500 much-needed homes, the garden village will also deliver a range of community facilities including a primary school, local centre, village hall, sports provision and starter commercial units.
Our proposals are at an early stage. We want you to tell us what you think the area needs.
Tredinnick Garden Village is a working title for the project. We are keen to hear your thoughts on what makes this area special and any local features or character that should inspire the final name.
